I just signed on a freephoneline number, I have active ontario phone number by vonage canada. I live in US now. I want park my number in FPL.
May I just porting my number with 25 dollars payment to FPL without purchase unlock file because I can just use PC to receive my call?
after paying 25 dollar for porting, deleting account for 90 days no activity still apply?
what payment method can go through, beside credit card issued by canadian bank?
What difference between fongo mobile and freephoneline concerning cost and porting number? I read fongo mobile website, did not find out the porting cost ?
I guess that fongo mobile did not have setup cost at all, except porting cost?

Yes you can, you don't have to buy the key.

According to the FAQ below, your account will not be subject for deletion if you purchased number porting.

Debit Visa, Prepaid Master card or Paypal are not accepted at this time.

There is no difference, the cost is $25 plus applicable taxes, for both Fongo and FPL. If you apply for Fongo home phone, the porting fee will be $20 at registration

5. I read fongo mobile website, did not find out the porting cost ?

If you login into your account, and click on "Online store" you will find "transfer my number $25"
