phone not working

Hi,I am using a grandstream ATA for freephoneline. It has been working without a glitch for a few months now. Then all of a sudden i wake up this morning and i cant make or receive any calls. When i try to send outgoing calls there is a dial tone, but as soon as i dial the number i hear a "busy" tone. When i try to call my home phone i get a message saying "the person you are trying to reach is unavailable, please leave a message". Please can anyone help me out here?

Hi,

Perhaps your ATA device is no longer connected to the Internet. The first thing you need to check is the network (Ethernet cable) between Granstream device and your Router or Modem and ensure is connected properly.
