received call from my own phone number

Lately, I have been received calls showing on the call display as my own number.
When I answer it, there is no one talking. Also notice that when I call someone, my number is showing up as private name.
Has anyone seen this before? And is there anyway to turn call display back to show?

I changed setting and call display is back on.
