my phone dont detect and show when i have new voice mail

i have panasonic dect 6.0 phone attached to ATA
there is provision that phone can detect voice mail from service provider
but my phone shows missed call when somebody leave voice mail

any help is greatly appreciated

I got the similar issue but the difference is my phone (GE 28213) was 100% working on showing new VM come.
Now looks after upgrade, this feature not working anymore.

please pm me if u get ur problem fixed
are u using ur own ata or from FPL
i talk to them they said we cannot do anything ur using third part ATA

another issue
how about if u unplug ur ata or internet and somebody call u that call goes to voice mail or not
for me it goes to busy signal

There's been a lot of people reporting this problem, it's not you or your ATA. It used to work for my ATA as well and now I get error messages when my ATA makes the subscription requests for voicemail indicators. Check this thread:
