You will have to send in a support ticket on this one. It's not something you can do by yourself unfortunately.

Hi, I submitted a ticket to change the sip password and I got an answer that they do not support freephoneline password change and the ticket was closed. Does anyone have experience with this before?

PM your ticket number to Fongo Support http://forum.fongo.com/ucp.php?i=pm&mode=compose&u=7852 You probably got an automated response. I honestly can't believe they won't change your password, especially if you have a good reason for doing so.

If you change your phone number, then yes you will have to change your settings in your ATA. Your username is your current phone number (including the initial 1)

Where do I find my ticket number?

I did not receive any ticket number.

You mentioned that your ticket was closed, so I assumed there would be some way of identifying you support request. Failing finding any ticket information I would just send your phone number to them in the PM, they should be able to match it up to the support ticket.

If you need to change your password because your account has been compromised in some way, this needs to be sorted out fairly quickly I would suggest.

I just checked and your request has been send to security team.

Reason for the delay: The information you have provided about the current user in the ticket does not match our system. (name/invoice mismatch)

I hope they will review and provide an answer before Sept 25 2015.

Ok thanks for checking. It's weird because I sent all the information they asked for and I can provide any additional information they need but I have not received any other question so far.
