VOIP adapter not registering anymore

Every since sometime yesterday, my VOIP adapter is no longer registering with freephoneline.ca :( It just says "Registration State: Failed". All of the settings look fine from what I can tell.

We haven't experienced a problem with the service that has lasted this long before, so I am a bit concerned.

Any ideas as to what might have happened? Could this be related to the recent upgrade that was done? Please help.

I'm still struggling with the service not working for me.

I have a linksys spa2102 voip adapter.

On the adapter, I also have another voip provider setup on the other line which still seems to work fine.

For the line status in the voip adapter info screen, it says "Registration State: Failed". My question is: is there any way to see why the registration is failing?

It's so odd that it has stopped working for me. It was, for the most part, working so stable for the last couple of months...

Could you pass me your freephoneline number via private message and I'll take a look - alternately you can view a basic sip log in the folder labeled 'freephoneline' (case may not be exact) in C:\User\ <- Again, may not be exact.

Hi Kris,

I think I may have resolved the problem. Embarrassingly, the solution that seems to have worked is that I simply rebooted my DSL modem and then I was able to register with FreePhoneLine.ca again. I'm not too sure why this worked, but it seems to be up and running again!
