All calls made to my FPL ported number have started directly to voicemail. I have an ATA that was working fine until as recently as the past weekend, and now all calls are going directly to voicemail. I have tried the softphone and it does not ring either.
Outgoing calls from ATA and softphone work as expected.
I have made a small change in the control panel to configure follow-me and when I call my FPL number it rings directly to my cell even though configured as Sequential and Call when Unavailable.
Voicemail rings is configured to 5 rings.
Any help greatly appreciated.

Sorry for the double post.
Turned out to be forwarding configured in the ATA. A factory reset and walking through the settings again resolved my issue.
