Long distance call doesn't work

Hi.

I've bought a voucher to international call (France, 33 at first) and it doesn't work. I have got a message which says me my call is not covered...

So I've tried another number in Canada with charge and it's works fine...

What is the problem ?

Are you dialing 011-country code-city code-phone number for international dialing?

I've tried and it's okay now, that was the problem, wrong number (I forgot the 011).
