Possible to get a refund?
It is possible to get a refund if I choose to? The call quality is just absolutely terrible, the other side can't even hear me and I can barely hear them. I have spent hours and hours trying to fix the problem but it is just not working out. I don't think VOIP is ready for the mainstream yet and I am very saddened to say it. I just don't know what else to do now, my phone isn't working at all and I am out of options. Help me out please FPL.

Re: Possible to get a refund?
Unfortunately we do have a no refunds policy. If you're having voice quality issues, that's definitely something that can be fixed (ie. VOIP itself is not bad quality and is usually equal to or better than a landline).
Have you tried connecting your ATA directly to your modem? If you can get the router and your other computers out of the way, we can identify if maybe it's the router configuration/QoS/traffic management that's getting in the way of the call quality. Give that a try and let us know how it goes.
If not, are you using your own ATA or one purchased from us? If your own, post some screenshots here for us to look at your configuration. There could be a setting somewhere that was overlooked and may help.
