My phone and lines are all working good. But when I try to call a 800 number (1-800-782-XXXX) either from my FPL home line, the desktop app or Fongo app on my tablet the call is immediately rejected. On the apps I get the "connecting" message and after one second I hear  a click (like it disconnected) and then I get a "sorry for the inconvenience" message. From any other app or phone (at work) though it's working.I also tried other 800 numbers and they get connected.
Something on FPL end with 1-800-782?

did you try the number without the 1?  Sometimes this works on VOIP.
