Lower quality/Slow Internet....
Hello! I use the desktop app. I want to know if there is a way to lower the quality of the call. When I call it stutter. I can't comprehend anything really. Anyone know how to do this? Is it an option in ini file?

Re: Lower quality/Slow Internet....
I know what you want to do, but it likely is not a realistic option. Usually the reason you are getting stuttering is because of jitter, your internet connection is not putting through stable packets, which VOIP needs because VOIP runs close to real time. I have experimented with low bandwidth codecs with other VOIP solutions. The call quality was always disappointing when one was using a sub standard internet connection. They were great solutions on good internet connections.
If you are using a smart phone, you can download the fongo Android/iphone client, and use this. The Fongo app does pretty good compression, unlike the desktop app. I am guessing it is still going to sound bad because of the reasons I mentioned
