Incoming Calls Problem FPL + OBI 200

Hi,
About 70% of my Incoming calls going directly to voice mail without ringing my phone.
For almost 2 years since started using my VOIP freephoneline registered SIP, never had similar problem.
My ATA is OBI 200 SoftwareVersion 3.1.0 (Build: 5191).
I did not do any changes to my ADSL Trendnet Router/Modem which does not have QoS
options but had no issues with getting phone to ring untill now, and I am using same ISP.
Here is what I tried so far without success:
1.did complete OBI 200 ATA reset and power cycling.
2. DND feature is off.
3. Did phone test ring by using OBI system http://www.obihai.com/support/troubleshooting/sg/inc
4. Set VOIP voice mail to 5 rings before voice mail, disabled "Follow Me" option.
5. changed ProxyServer from voip.freephoneline.ca to voip2.freephoneline.ca
6. Changed RegistrationPeriod from 360 to 3600.
7. RegisterRetryInterval now set at 120, but also tested with 30.
8. ProxyServerPort, RegistrarServerPort, OutboundProxyPort all set at 5060 default settings.
9. X_STUNServerPort at 3478 as default settings.

Freephoneline VOIP SIP APP CALL LOG shows "call rejected", yet it goes directly to voice mail
without ringing on my phone.

but it deals with Cisco SPA112 ATA box while mine is OBI 200 ATA, so that why I could not follow very helpful step by step
solutions by Mango.
Please help how to get my incoming calls to ring my phone first, before going to voice mail.

Hi,
Did some additional investigation and found that my problems are with anonymous calls being sent directly to voice mail.
I want my phone to ring for every call: a regular call or anonymous call and only if no one picks up the line, voice mail activated.
I also made sure Anonymous Call Block is off on OBi 200 ATA by dialing *87.
So it could also be an issue with freepnoneline.ca voice mail software glitch.
Please help!!!
