Calling to Telus Cell phone from freephoneline failed

Hello,

I have been using FPL from last 7 years and no issue but yesterday all I did is changed my cell phone carrier from Bell to Telus. Now, I cannot make a call from FPL to my Telus cell phone number. I can call from my cell phone to FPL though. All other scenarios works fine. Please help me out.

Can you get other people from other carriers to call your newly ported Telus number? In any case it looks like a Telus problem, and nothing to do with Fongo.

I did, everyone else can call me. Only one scenario where I call from FPL to my new telus cell phone. I think it is something to do with FPL. Please advise.

The message I hear every time I call from FPL to my Telus cellphone. "the number you have reached is not in service, please check the number and try again"

You should report this issue to Telus.

A ticket was opened for this issue for Fongo or the line provider by Telus. They had the issue on their end for any number starting with 905-537-xxxx and routing was not happening properly. They end up fixing it by clearing the cache. Thanks for your help!
