Nexus 4 Android 5.1.1, other party hears it's voice in echo

Hello.

Ever since I updated to Android 5, every time someone calls me, they keep telling me they hear their voice in echo.

None of the anti-echo options work. Is this a known issue, will it be rectified? It's been a long time since I have this problem.

It might or might not get resolved by an app software update from Fongo on their timetable. But it is one of the reasons slabs suck as phones. Short term fix is to use a headset so echo cancellation is not needed in the first place.

I've had this problem for over half a year. I have a doubt Fongo will never get around to fix this unless I somehow send a request specifically. Any way to send feedback directly?

I am sure there are a lot more users on Nexus 4 and Android 5.
