I'm trying to register a new account for someone and I never receive the phone call for the confirmation code to validate the account. I tried different phone numbers from different carrier. Is there a problem with registering new Freephoneline accounts?

I am not sure to who you send email,there is only one way to open a ticket, as I have described earlier- emailing to random email address will not work.
