Account Balance is insufficient...

Hi,

I have been using freephoneline for a few months now and love the service.

I am using it on my Samsung Galaxy S and have had no issues before. But as of today morning I received the following message "Your account balance is insufficient to make the following call" likewise anyone who tried to call my number also got the same message.

***EDIT : it was working fine about 3 hours ago, I received a call and talked for about 30 minutes***

Does anyone else have this issue?
(I noticed the post a further down, but the user was being helped through Private Messages)

Has anyone been able to fix this?
