freephoneline Straight to voicemail

so i have an fpl number since 2008, it was working fine until some time ago, then i noticed an increase in voicemails, until some one told me that usually there is no ring and the phone goes straight to voicemail.
I have checked to ensure that call forward or the voicemail options are not enabled in the freephoneline portal.

I have set this up on a linksys PAP2T-NA. but i get the same results if i try with CSipSimple and Zoiper over the 3G/LTE network. (in fact now it says "this account is not valid, when i try to make outgoing calls from soft phones, but out going calls work from the ATA device)

any help would be appreciated as i am going nuts trying to fix this.
