charged for free calls

I have been charged for free calls 416-310-2355.. how do I get this corrected and credited to my account ? thanks for the help.

Calls to xxx-310-xxxx from a VOIP line are not free and you will be charged for an international call to California.

This is a Bell Canada customer service phone number that can be accessed free of charge only from a Bell landline or mobile phone.

Please use 1-800-773-2121 instead.
