Service Down here (Quebec)

Post by mikoul »

Down here in Quebec... :(

It was fine last time at 3:30 PM when I've made a phone call

Righ now it did not work both on my PAP2T Voip AdapterAND with FreePhoneLine Software on my computer.

The ATA register fine from PAP2T and since it did not work to with the Software I know it's not the PAP2T or on my side there is a problem
When dialing, there's the usual tone but after I've dial there is nothing no more sound or anything else.

What's happen ?

Regards !

Hmm, seems okay here in Eastern Ontario (made a few calls throughout the day). The status all shows green, too: http://status.fongo.com/

Hope your connection is restored soon or someone can make suggestions for you.

It's back now :D

I don't know what happened maybe something on the ISP side ? But it's strange since Internet was working fine, maybe it was only the UDP "channel" that was affected.

Anyway it's back and it was the first time since I'm with FPL (June 2016) that a downtime happen and the sound quality is very good !

Have a nice day ! :ugeek:

Good to know! From time to time, there's a transient connection issue; as you alluded to, it could be related to a number of factors.

In any case, glad you're back up and running and you're enjoying the service! I agree that the quality is great; ditto the service stability and community support.

Happy calling!
