I forgot which email I used to register my account, anyone please help to find it out? My ip phone still works with freephoneline number I registered, just can't login to the web interface and purchase long-distance credit.

If you forgot your Freephoneline account email, submit a ticket: https://support.fongo.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
I would provide them with your FPL phone number.
