Can someone please give me an idea as to what is happening.
I need to unplug our Grand stream box for our home line to work. It will work for a while then all incoming and out going calls do not work. If I unplug it for a while it will work once again.
Does this sound like the box or ATA, whatever it is called is not working properly? I am trying to avoid paying for a service call, but would like this line to work as our children do not have cell phones and I would feel more comfortable in the case they need to call for help.
Thanks,
Steve

Follow the steps listed. In particular, check your registration timers in step 3, but do all the steps.
