Does FPL allow incoming SIP calls?

This is a follow up to my thread here http://forum.freephoneline.ca/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=1874

It appears that something may have changed at the back end to not allow SIP calls?

We do not allow incoming SIP calls at this time, sorry.

It's never been allowed actually - shouldn't have ever worked. There's a few posts floating around with detailed explanations of why we don't allow it at present time.
