This number is already used as a FollowMe number by someone

I am not able to set the followme number. I believe the number was set to an obsolete account for phone# 289-xxx-xxxx. Even I still want the number, unfortunately it was dropped by your system. Could you please clean up the followme number for that phone#? So I can add followme number to my new account.
