If you are talking about your account information, you should be able to change it on the 911 page online https://www.freephoneline.ca/update911Info

If you are talking about your caller ID information for outgoing calls, you should be able to change that inside your ATA. Please note though that your caller ID may not be passed onto other phone companies.
