I'm in Ottawa and have a 613 number. I had no problem calling a few normal 613 numbers. But when I tried to call 613 310-BELL, it said I didn't have sufficient credit.
Why does it happen? Where can I find detailed info on long distance call info, e.g. rate etc? Thanks.
