Today I was shocked to find out that I lost the number that I had since 2008. My friends called and a lady answered. I tried myself and I talked to some lady. She said she got the number of the Internet.
Very disappointed. How can this happen? I've been using this number for so long,
What shall I do now? Please help!

It is usually because of non use. If you feel that you complied with all the requirements and use your account on a regular basis, then a support ticket will be the way to go. https://support.fongo.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
I have to say though, that because your number has been reallocated I would suspect it will highly unlikely that they will do much about it. You never know though.
