SOVED -- PHONE NOT RINGING FOR INCOMING CALLS

Hi there, my phone is not ringing on incoming calls. sometimes it just goes straight to Voicemail and sometimes when i call, i can hear the ringing tone on the phone im calling from, but my freephoneline line phone does not ring.

I have another line with freephoneline.ca , so i looked at the settings on both ATA devices, they're exactly the same.

I tried putting my other SIP USername and pwd on the ATA device that doesnt ring, and i did test call, and it works. So the settings is right, something wrong with my line. How can i get this fixed?

Thanks for the reply. but i put voip4.freephoneline.ca:6060 as proxy and it worked.

Its strange, i have 2 different SPA112 devices. one works on voip.freephoneline.ca, and other only works on voip4.freephoneline.ca:6060 and both on same internet provider (rogers)
