I don't want voicemail, how can I cancel it ???
I can only find in voicemail setting "Rings before voicemail" which the maximum is 5 seconds, there's no "never" option ???

You can't disable FPL's voicemail completely.
FPL makes money from incoming termination fees to its network. Obtaining those fees requires that the call must be answered in some manner.
