I was wondering if there are any issues with the servers as I cannot receive any calls. Outgoing works fine

Double check your settings: http://forum.fongo.com/viewtopic.php?f=15&t=18839
Reboot modem-->router (wait for it to be completely up and running)-->ATA
in that order

Re: no incoming calls, outgoing is fine
Well, I should qualify what I meant (and I'm not entirely sure what you mean by "issue") by stating that the servers are up and running.
However, the RTP audio stream from FPL comes from a different I.P. address than the SIP registration server, which can confuse some routers. For example, one RTP server is 208.65.240.165. voip.freephoneline.ca is, currently, 208.65.240.44.
Additionally, if the RTP audio stream ends up being sent to a local LAN IP address instead of a WAN IP that would also cause this problem.
If you're dealing with a SIP ALG issue, you may need to disable SIP ALG in the router you are using or register with voip4.freephoneline.ca:6060.
Also, you can submit a ticket and request a "forced registration": https://support.fongo.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
The first thing I would do is double check your settings based on the guide I linked previously.

You can also check to ensure you did not accidentally enable Do Not Disturb. Dial *79 to disable DND with your Grandstream HT-701.
You can also dial both *93 and *91 to cancel Call Forwarding options. With Freephoneline, calls that are forwarded by your ATA will be sent directly to voicemail.
Lastly, if you login at https://www.freephoneline.ca/voicemailSettings, Rings Before voicemail needs to be greater than 1.
