I have had my free phone line number following my cell phone number for quite some time now with not a hitch. yesterday someone emailed me explaining that my free phone line number was not connecting to my cell number. After checking my follow me settings, I noticed that the setting was no longer enabled.
I did not change this setting. I am wondering what caused it and how to prevent it from happening in the future.
Was there some sort of server maintenance issue that caused it?

I'm not aware of a server reset, but I wouldn't notice anyway. I mostly use Follow Me during power outages, but I don't see how what you're describing is possible unless someone has access to, for whatever reason, your Freephoneline account. I would change my password.
