Hi,
I've downloaded the app (Dell Voice App - or Fongo App) on my Android then entered my email and Freephoneline password with no success. It saids Email and/or Password are incorrect. Naturally I can log into my account via FreePhoneLine.ca with the same credentials. Therefore I had to create an account here to be able to get some support. BTW why can a member be able to log an issue here with his account but not be able to log in at https://www.fongo.com/login/ ?
How come the app for the Android does not recognize my FreePhoneLine email or password?
Need support please.
Thanks
Dell Voice App - or Fongo App

You donwloaded Fongo Mobile.Stevend wrote:Hi,

Dell voice no longer exists.
Fongo Mobile and Freephoneline are separate services that use separate accounts.then entered my email and Freephoneline password with no success. It saids Email and/or Password are incorrect.
To get support, you submit a ticket: https://support.fongo.com/hc/en-us/requests/newTherefore I had to create an account here to be able to get some support.
Fongo support staff is not obliged to respond to forum support requests.
You appear to be having issues with Fongo Mobile. The Fongo Mobile forums are located here: http://forum.fongo.com/viewforum.php?f=12.
Forum accounts, Freephoneline accounts, and Fongo Mobile accounts are all separate. If you created a forum account using the same username and password as your Freephoneline account that was your choice.BTW why can a member be able to log an issue here with his account but not be able to log in at https://www.fongo.com/login/ ?
If you want to use your FPL account on a smartphone, you will need to pay $79.95+tax for the VoIP unlock key and also use a SIP app, for example, Acrobits Groundwire, and configure FPL on the app. Keep in mind that Freephoneline permits one device registration at any given time. Should you configure FPL on multiple devices, only the most recently registered device will ring for incoming calls.
Fongo Mobile supports SMS. FPL does not.
Free technical support is not available for Freephoneline device configuration. It's a Do It Yourself service.
Please do not send me emails; I do not work for nor represent Freephoneline or Fongo. Post questions on the forums so that others may learn from responses or assist you. Thank you. If you have an issue with your account or have a billing issue, submit a ticket here: https://support.fongo.com/hc/requests/new. Visit http://status.fongo.com/ to check FPL/Fongo service status. Freephoneline setup guides can be found at http://forum.fongo.com/viewforum.php?f=15.
