Hi Support Team,
I have my setup working for years and I have no problem at all for the past 5 years ... Is there anything happened or changed recently in your environment? I notice FPL had a major upgrade on Mar 28 and 29 between 12 AM and 6 AM.
There's no incoming calls since Mar 28 morning and says "The person you are trying to reach is not available please leave a message" however the outgoing calls are fine.
After I reload the PBX, the system the can receive incoming call for about 1 min or less then goes back to "The person you are trying to reach is not available please leave a message". I have reviewed all setting as per FPL recommendations and all seems fine.
I can see the trunk is up and running ... I have tried different host and registration voip.freephoneline.ca, voip2 and voip3 and still the same behaviour for the incoming calls "The person you are trying to reach is not available please leave a message"
I disabled the original trunks and created much simpler or basic version but still the same.
I am running 2 SIP accounts on FreePBX and have 2 trunks for this purpose, here's the configurations:
Outgoing

host=voip.freephoneline.ca

type=friend&peer
qualify=yes
insecure=port,invite
dtmfmode=auto
disallow=all

I am getting similar trouble but it's intermittent.
I see Temporary Failure entries in the Call logs under "disconnect reason"

Thanks' Marco99 for the reply ... I noticed the service getting better for the last 2 days and all calls go through the trunk ... I will assume FPL doing something in the backend as I didn't change anything on my side includes the firewalls and PBX.

I think the issue has been resolved ... I didn't do anything and magically all incoming calls goes thru

It's happening again almost since today morning but I didn't post just waiting to fix by itself same what happened early this month as per original post ... The person you are trying to reach is not available, please ... again I didn't change anything in my system and all sudden stop working ... is there any changes caused this issue?

Diffidently something changed in FPL internally caused this issue because nothing changed on my environment for years and all of a sodden nothing working after the major maintenance they had it on March between 28 and 29. The bizarre thing, no one from FPL team comment to any of my post, not even single reply
. It would be appreciated if they simply said something like we introduced some changes could impact some customers and a bit detail about the changes so I got prepare to the changes and adjust my systems to meet the new changes.
I am very disappointed from FPL support team
