Has anybody else seen this message (Temporary Failure) in the "disconnect reason" of FPL call logs?
I have a had a few callers go straight to voice mail.....no ring at their end. When I check the logs I see the Tempoary Failure message.
It started March 29 and the calls were from a cell phone (Bell) and another voip line (Rogers).

Re: Temporary Failure
Temporary Failure is usually a SIP 503 error code. The ITU-T Q.850 Code is 41: https://wiki.freeswitch.org/wiki/Hangup_Causes
41 503 NORMAL_TEMPORARY_FAILURE temporary failure [Q.850] This cause indicates that the network is not functioning correctly and that the condition is not likely to last a long period of time; e.g. the user may wish to try another call attempt almost immediately.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_S ... onse_codes
503 Service Unavailable
The server is undergoing maintenance or is temporarily overloaded and so cannot process the request.
I'm not sure if the recent upgrade that was performed is related: "We will be performing an extensive upgrade to our backend voice calling system on March 28 and 29 from 12:00AM-06:00AM EST. Voice calling may be intermittently disrupted; please do not submit a support ticket during these times." A 503 SIP error would correspond with work being done on the network.
If the problem still persists, open a ticket: https://support.fongo.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
Select VoIP Unlock Key-->My Account Inquiry for the issue type.
I am not experiencing any problems with my FPL service at the moment.
