Whenever I try to record and confirm a custom voicemail or change the voicemail, none of the changes stick and it all reverts back to the original voicemail.
Also when I try to remotely access voicemail, it tells me the password is incorrect, even though I confirm the changes thru the softpad voicemail prompts. I dont know what is wrong, if anyone can shed some light.
