duplicate money transfer

I bought $20 voucher this evening (mostly to support FPL .. got order confirmation about $20 +tx ~ 19:16,
but balance changed by something close to +40 dollars, and when I checked emails later - there were two transfer emails ( ~ 19:30 ) about 20 dollars each

I don't mind to receive small gifts ( especially considering that FPL took couple of dollars from me for calling 800 numbers (during famous "pay for everything" day ) , but in gerenal - this is a bug, and as such has to be reported
