Good Day,
I'm trying to use Bria from CounterPath with the G729 codec included on an Android phone. Incoming calls go straight to voicemail. Outgoing calls have the ring tone but no audio either way. I'm doing this over 3g and I thought I might be running into some sort of network problem so I tethered a Windows Laptop to the phone and tried the FPL softphone. That works just fine.
Has anyone had success with this combination? Any advice?
Thanks in advance!

Re: Trying to use Bria on Android
Yes, you are definitely running into network related issues.
It's mainly NAT so you'll either need to find a way to get around that issue. Best bet here is OpenVPN
