I have a satellite to access internet. I can hear the people fine but when I speak they say that my voice breaks up and echos.
I have currently a 5 MB down and 1 MB upload.
Can anyone help me in fixing this

If you're using a PAP2T, you've posted in a forum unrelated to the service you're using. The Freephoneline forums are located here: http://forum.fongo.com/viewforum.php?f=5.
I'll move this thread for you.
A fast internet connection is not required for VoIP, but a reliable internet connection with low pings and jitter between you and the servers being used is required.
Satellite internet service is less likely to provide low jitter than either DSL or cable internet service.
Properly enabling QoS in your router, in particular for upload bandwidth, for your ATA is recommended. Refer to your router's manual or contact your ISP.
