While i'm talking, often loose words/syllabes from my respondant. Seems not to be related to time of the day. It happens all the time and very annoying,
Any parameter i should set up?

Sounds a lot like this thread http://forum.freephoneline.ca/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=1887
Some people are having the sound cut out for a split second. Maybe if this is happening to you, you could add your details (location, ATA/Softphone, area, etc) to try and hunt down the cause.

Re: Loose words/syllabes
Typically, this is caused by your router not being set to give a high priority to voice traffic. Often called "QoS", it requires a certain level of technical knowledge to adjust. There's a few threads around for some router brands.
However, it's also possible your issue to one that seems to affect a group of people, as Jake pointed out.

Re: Loose words/syllabes
location: Quebec City
Area 418
Using a Linksys PAP2T version 3.1.15(LS)
ISP: Videotron
My ATA is connected to my router, not directly to my ISP connection.
Maybe i should upgrade my ATA version but i'm sceptical, cause this problem appeared suddenly 3 months ago; before, was very good.
