Hello,
Using the fongo android app, all calls incoming from Europe keep going to a fast busy signal, i have family there. Anyway to fix this?

My family calls me from Poland without any problem. they must use prefix 001 in your case it may be different for example 01 etc.

what's interesting, the quality of the voice is always better than when someone calls from Canada.

Do you allow calls from private/unknown numbers in Fongo app? If you do and still not working, please contact support to check this.
