Larger amount of purchasable world credts ?

Post by tanny »

https://www.freephoneline.ca/accountInfo
Why is it that I can only purchase "$5 of World Credits" at a time. ???
Can you guys please allow it so that we can pay whatever amount we want, for long-distance calling, if need be.?
Having to go back-n-forth 5 times, just to add $25 to my account is annoying, to say the least.

And no, I don't want to use "auto-recharge", since for security reasons, I like to pay ahead with the sum of my choosing, that is convenient for me.

thx ahead.

I seem to remember it was limited because of abuse at one time, I forget all the details though so I could be wrong.

If you want to purchase bigger amounts you have to submit a support ticket https://support.fongo.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
Not ideal by any means, but that is how they have it currently unfortunately.

Ok, Thanks for reply.

Oh, and BTW on a sidenote:
I just noticed that I can increase my "Rings before Voicemail", (which used to be limited to 5).
Mucho Thanks all, this now saves me from racing up or down the stairs chasing the phone. :)

Thanks again.
