Voice mail to email?

Brand new to FPL and so far I am very impressed.

However I already have two questions:

I have my config set up to send to voice mail after 15 seconds. I also have it set to "Copy" so that the system will keep my voice mail on line but also sends me a copy to my e-mail address.

1: What is the usual time delay between when someone leaves a voice message and the e-mail containing the voice message is sent out?

2: Is it possible to have the e-mail containing the voice message sent to my secondary e-mail address instead of going to my primary contact e-mail address?

The emails always been instant for me after someone finishes leaving a message

When you sign up, we immediately consider your signup email address to be at risk of inactivity, since it cannot be changed and only needs to be active once. For this reasoning, all email related services will only interact with your correspondence email address. Voice mail to email is as leper1983 says, pretty much instant; however, depending on the provider you're with (Hotmail as an example) it could be slower, but again there is no 'guaranteed' time frame for voice mails to be sent to your email as it will most always vary.

log in to your account and change the *Correspondence Email: to you secondary email address. Than all voice message will sent to it instead on your primary email. But you still have to sign into your fpl account with your primary email
