The USA uses 1+ as well. Freephoneline doesn't offer free calling to the USA either. Similarly, they've also never advertised free calling to the USA.

Unfortunately, the carrier rate to Yukon is too much for Fongo to offer for free. Fongo is a business, and they expect to make money.
