Calls on PAP2 are choppy
Hey on my PAP2 my calls seem to be choppy it isn't always happening but for most calls about around every 30 seconds or so it will chop up for about a second or 2 and then come back and the pattern is within the 30 seconds or so, sometimes its worse sometimes it works better, so far what i have done, my ports are forwarded for my Linksys PAP2, i have enabled the correct codec as stated to do so under my sip settings tab (basically all settings where followed under the sip tab) i have tried to put my PAP2 into a DMZ with no success as its still choppy. One other note to make is that the internet is not busy as no traffic is flowing as no other computer is on while making these calls so the bandwidth is free just for the pap2 when the call is made so we can rule out that another device was sucking to much bandwidth, I am wondering if anyone else has some suggestions for me as to things i might be cable to try .....
