Hi All,
Is anyone having issue when using the softphone. I have people complaining to me that when I am on a call they get a fast busy signel. Should the voicemail not pickup calls when you are on it? Does this also happen to people who use a ATA? Missing alot calls this way? I know that they have not offer call waiting with the softphone app yet. Does any one know if they will offered soon?

At present time call waiting isn't offered on the softphone - we are hoping to include this on a version in the near future.
I have heard of a few other customers with your issue before but I'm unsure if any of them ever found a solution. Are you running the latest version from our website? Have you ever setup any port forwarding on your router/firewall?

I have try all the port forwarding setups and still no luck. It seem to be something with the softphone. I am using v3.0 and If I had the older verison I would have try and see it the same issue is happening. Over all the calls are good but I want to make sure the level of service is good before purchasing a configuration file and purchasing at ATA. Is there some where I can download the older verison of softphone?

I don't think port forwarding or software version has anything to do with your problem. It would seem the server tries to reach you and fails (which is fine so far), but then also fails at connecting voicemail. The fast busy signal is a final 'all options exhausted' message that tells you that the system couldn't connect the call at all. Is your voicemail working normally if you don'T answer? Does it also work if the softphone is not running?

Voicemail works if the softphone is off too. Just when I am on calls that I get a fast busy signal. Is this something to do with there service and if get ATA will it work as it should by call waiting or going to voicemail if I decide not to pick up the call while on it. Still not convince if the feature of voicemail not being pick up while on a call with a softphone. Don't want to be out $50 bucks. Is anyone also having that issue.
