We have a scheduled server switch replacement scheduled between 2am-4am tonight. Expected downtime of call service is minimal, should be no more than 15-20 minutes; please wait a minimum of one (1) hour before contacting support.
We are also going to resolve some disk space issues we had which may or may not have contributed to the issue of dropped audio etc...

Looks like for the majority, the most of you can agree that this switch replacement has either solve or greatly decreased the frequency of the audio dropouts during calls. Completely solved for me. Absolutely NO dropoffs ever now. Just got off the phone with the porting department. Should have my home number ported over in 2 weeks. Thanks for the fix. Nice job.

I found that my phone line was working much more better for the past two weeks. No dropoffs, clear sound and very stable service!
