Can't call 905 Oshawa number from 416

When I call Oshawa 905 from 416 I got no tone but from my call logs you can see that it seems connected.

Any ideas please? Or Our free LD doesn't include Oshawa?

Hm, oshawa should work, I just called their city hall here from my Kitchener FPL number. Have you tried several numbers in oshawa, or just one?

Sorry should be Whitby 905 number.
There is another number in Oshawa or Whitby I called before had the same problem - Durham Water Meter Reading Report.
And the number I called yesterday is Durham District School Board School Bus Info number in Whitby - 905-666-6979

These two numbers have the same 666 number and both are auto answering phone. Could you please try to call 905-666-6979?
BTW, vBuzzer 416 works but have to pay LD fee.

I can confirm that the number does work for me here.
Can you do this for us:
Try calling the numbers that are failing for you - date the exact time of the calls and numbers called
Try calling some other numbers in the area without the 666 - see if they go through and note the times of the calls and numbers called
Try calling some numbers in the area with the 666 - see if they go through and note the times of the calls and numbers called
It seems to be something isolated to your number. By providing us with numbers called to, call times, and whether or not they complete, we can isolate these exact calls in our logs and send them off to those that manage the backend of the system for analysis.
You don't need to call too many.. two numbers for each area would suffice unless you think you're onto something and want to try more.

I forwarded (pm) my call logs last night to you. All Oshawa and Whitby numbers I called couldn't get through except fax numbers. One of them I called called me back and seems he can see my CID but nothing he can hear from me.

I just finished up a lengthy email to our tech department detailing all your new test calls and the info they needed about them. Thanks for taking the time to do that.
