Website login problems

I can't login through the website. I enter the right details and a pop-up appears and says, "The generated number you have entered is wrong. Please enter the right generated number shown on the page." Is anyone able to login?

Which website?

Fongo Mobile requires an email address.
https://account.fongo.com/login/
I do not have a problem logging in.

Yes, I've been trying to login to https://account.fongo.com/login/ and still get the following error message:
"The generated number you have entered is wrong. Please enter the right generated number shown on the page."

When the email and password is correct, I get that message. Otherwise there is an additional line that says my email or password is incorrect.

You might be triggering CAPTCHA from too many failed login attempts. You need to click on the box for "I am not a robot."
If you can't see the random numbers or images that you're supposed to select, try using another web browser or disable ad blocker.

If you can't remember your password, select "forgot my password".

Hmm. There was no CAPTCHA and nothing to check if I'm a robot or not.

I've tried different browsers. I still get the same error message every time.

I just tried logging in with the wrong email address, and I got the same error message.

So, your email address or password is incorrect.

Select the “forgot your password” link.

If your Fongo Mobile account no longer exists, visit https://support.fongo.com/hc/en-us/arti ... ion-Policy
If you need help with a deleted account, you will need to submit a ticket: https://support.fongo.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
