Cannot update nor uninstall

I have an old version of FPL softphone and would like to upgrade to 3.01.
It says ' The feature you are trying to use is on a net work resource that is unavailalbe. Click OK to try again, or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package "freephoneline.msi" in the box below..."
The path is to C:\Users\xxxx\AppData\Roaming\freephoneline.ca\FreePhoneLine\install\
I searched all my computer and no luck.
I cannot uninstall the old version to reinstall a new one, too.
Hope somebody can help.
