I have reviewed the Fongo Mobile support page, but I am a bit confused....
I have Fongo Mobile App on my iPhone. I plan to install the app on an Android device, on which I will primarily use the app. HOwever, I'd like the option to also use the Fongo Mobile app on my iPhone, for example, in cases where I don't want to carry two phones with me. I understand I can only be signed in to one app/device at a time. But from what I am reading, there appears to be an issue with using the app on an Android after using on an iPhone? I am trying to sort this out before I port my number. Would I be better to install on an Android first, port number, then add app to my iPhone for occassional use? I don't have the Android phone yet to do a test.....so seeking guidance. Thanks!

You're probably referring to https://support.fongo.com/hc/en-us/arti ... e-devices-.
Unfortunately, I don't have experience switching between accounts on both iOS and Android.
I suggest submitting a ticket, especially if you want an official response or if no one else replies here: https://support.fongo.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.
I would be interested in the response you receive.

Re: iPhone and Android
thanks, I did submit a support request, but I've read it often takes a long time to get a reply. Will see what they say, or what any other response on here may be

Re: iPhone and Android
From what I recall, accounts made through the iPhone have to be locked to the iPhone (something to do with Apple's rules).
However, accounts made on Android can be used on iPhone without any problems.
These numbers are pretty much disposable, especially if you are going to be porting in your number anyway; so I would suggest to set up an account on your Android and then make sure you can log in on your iPhone, then port in your number once you know it's OK.
I'm pretty sure Fongo will be able to adjust your account to allow it at a later date if you do set it up on your iPhone first, but I am sure if you set the account up on Android then you will be fine.
