Hello,
I'm not getting anywhere with support, so I thought of reaching out here.
I'm trying to view messages images (MMS) and voicemails on my cellphone. But I keep getting an error that says "please allow file storage access". But there's no way for me to give that permission.
Yes, I know about Android permissions. But for some reason the app doesn't give you the option to authorize music and audio / photos and videos.
Anyone else have that experience or have a solution?
